In a twist of fate, Paul Corcoran from Finchburg, Massachusetts, turned a simple lottery purchase into a $2 million Powerball win, all thanks to an accidental double entry.

Corcoran initially bought a Powerball ticket for seven consecutive drawings. However, he mistakenly believed that the final draw had already taken place.
